What We Offer

We tailor our legal services to your needs, with fees based on scope and complexity, including flat fees for some services.

  • The initial consultation is a focused, up to 60-minute meeting to assess your situation and determine next steps.

    The fee is $300 + HST.

  • Hourly services are billed at a flat hourly rate + HST per hour, based on work performed, with scope discussed in advance and fees clearly communicated.

  • Will & Power of Attorney Package (Most Popular) - Flat Fee: $550 + HST

    Includes:

    • One Standard Will

    • Power of Attorney for Property

    • Power of Attorney for Personal Care

    Couples – Will & Power of Attorney Package - $900 + HST

    • Two Standard Wills

    • Two Powers of Attorney for Property

    • Two Powers of Attorney for Personal Care

    Individual Documents (À la carte)

    • Standard Will: $400 + HST

    • Power of Attorney for Property: $250.00 + HST

    • Power of Attorney for Personal Care: $250.00 + HST

    Fees are based on straightforward matters of average complexity. Additional fees may apply where circumstances require additional planning, drafting, meetings, or advice. Any additional work and fees will be discussed with you in advance.

  • We offer a flat legal fee of $1,700, plus HST, court filing fees of $669, and applicable disbursements, including process-server fees, for simple, uncontested divorces where all issues have been resolved and the matter can proceed without dispute. Our flat-fee service is intended for straightforward divorce applications. If additional issues arise or the matter becomes contested, we will discuss the scope of work and fees with you in advance.

    In addition to uncontested divorces, we provide comprehensive family-law services tailored to your circumstances. We assist with initial advice, negotiation, and the preparation and review of family-law agreements and related matters.

    Our services include:

    • Separation Agreements

    • Cohabitation Agreements

    • Marriage Contracts (Prenuptial Agreements)

    • Independent Legal Advice (ILA)

    Fees for these services are based on scope and complexity and will be discussed in advance.

  • Flat-Fee Services

    Business Incorporation (Provincial or Federal)
    Offered on a flat-fee basis, plus applicable government filing fees.

    Notarial and Commissioner Services
    We provide notarial services and commissioning of documents on a flat-fee basis, including affidavits, statutory declarations, and certified true copies.

    Independent Legal Advice (ILA)
    Independent Legal Advice may be available on a flat-fee basis for qualifying matters.

    Hourly Legal Services

    For services not offered on a flat-fee basis, work is billed hourly.

    These services may include:

    • General legal advice

    • Document review and drafting

    • Business and corporate support beyond incorporation

    • Other legal matters requiring ongoing or customized assistance

    Scope and fees are discussed in advance, and clients are kept informed throughout the matter.
